Make something useful of self-loathing.
Stop drinking beer—liquor is my new best friend.
Hate the weight back off.
Take it in increments—I won’t be goal weight overnight.
Stop wasting money on expensive meals.
Be the best Bird I can be—skinny and pretty and smart and driven.
